Choice Appoints Property Damage Vendor
allRisk Property Damage Experts, a commercial general contractor specializing in disaster recovery, has been awarded qualified vendor status by Choice Hotels International, Inc. , one of the world's largest lodging franchisors. allRisk was selected as a qualified vendor for Choice Hotels' Cambria Suites, Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Clarion,
Sleep Inn, Econo Lodge, Rodeway Inn, MainStay Suites and Suburban Extended Stay Hotel brand hotels. Based in Silver Spring, Maryland, Choice Hotels franchises more than 5,400 hotels, representing more than 440,000 rooms in the United States and 39 countries and territories.
"allRisk has a strong reputation for responding in times of disaster with immediate and professional solutions which is why we feel extremely confident about their ability to help our hotel owners," said Paul Payette, Senior Director of New Business Development, Brand Solutions, Choice Hotels International.
Under this agreement, allRisk is eligible to provide construction and environmental remediation restoration needed by Choice-brand hotels burdened by major property damage such as fire, flood, smoke, or water occurring as a result of a natural disaster. allRisk will offer Choice hotels 24-hour emergency response services including: fire cleanup and debris removal; smoke and soot cleaning; deodorizing and ozone treatment; flood cleanup; water extraction; drying (including documents); sanitization; pack-out; board-up; temporary structural shoring; and general construction.
